I've had a wonderful experience thanks to amazing and friendly people working there!
Beautiful facility with competent staff and modern equipment. An all-round library with modern books and classic literature, as well as technology including Xbox computers, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Inside there is also a bar with a barista who is good at making coffee laced with sambuca.
My favorite library among all the ones I know, including international ones, but only for the architecture and spaciousness of the rooms.
If you want to study there, bring earplugs because it is too noisy to concentrate, especially in the Special Funds section due to the employees on duty at the Reception who, regardless of the people studying, talk and joke in a loud voice all day long, instead of working. More than a library, it feels like a fish market.
The employees on duty on the first floor who speak in a lower voice are better.
A very underrated place, but probably one of the best managed in Foggia; absolutely worth visiting. The library is cutting-edge, has spacious areas as well as several specific rooms, excellent as a meeting point for students. It is equipped with lockers to store the own material, sockets, computers and games for entertainment. Although it may seem like an exclusive place for readers or students, it is not at all; it is not the usual boring and stereotyped library, I would recommend to all people from Foggia and not to pop in and revisit it!
Spacious and well-stocked library of both very old books such as some from 1951 as well as more recent ones. Very kind staff, competent and ready to explain everything to you with patience, calmness and kindness. Library which, for all this and also for the great education of the people and for the silence, encourages you to study and concentrate. I highly recommend her 👍
Library, welcoming, meeting place, possibility to study or simply read in comfortable armchairs. Optimal
It is a library and like all libraries there are books, there is also a lecture hall; Are there bathrooms; I don't know if there is a bar because I haven't visited it for a long time, however it is very popular with university students and young people.
Inaugurated in 1974. Inside there is a large consultation room with the huge book collection of 70,000 volumes, half of which from the 15th century. until the mid-18th century. It is open to the public in possession of the bibliocard. The children's library and the room with special collections from the municipal library of Foggia are excellent.
